How do I change my rotors and pads on a 07 Scion TC?

I know the basics but I can't seem to find a fool proof instruction guide anywhere. I think it's a 14mm socket, C clamp and what not but is there anything else? Do I need to do things like take off the cap to the brake fluid reservoir or anything specific?
